Pros

Honestly nothing I can think of.

Cons

So I started as a new employee and I definitely left with a really bad taste in my mouth. Only lasted a month working here. For starters upon my interview and hire I was informed I would be getting 40 hours a week. I started my 40 hour course with NO quiet place to study and focus on the provided curriculum. The RBT room had NO DOOR and it was VERY loud. I could NOT focus. Upon trying my best to take notes I was approached by multiple RBT’S telling me to “not spend so much time on notes” & to blast through this course so I could get on the floor. If It wasn’t that it was multiple RBT’S speaking negatively of the children they are working with and our higher ups/supervisors/coworkers. These RBT’S spoke terribly of the children and their co workers, I was truly too stunned to speak. The center was constantly FILTHY! I got covid and had to take an unpaid week off work due to a few RBT’S having Covid and still coming to work. I was informed I would NOT be getting 40 hours a week as well. I feel very let down and lied to.
