Pros

The kids are great! If you are passionate about working with children this, you will love your clients!

Cons

- management/leadership does not care about you - paid too little - the company doesn't value its employees, but would rather save money for the company - very little support from the "team"

Pros

environment, culture, pay, kids, and some benefits

Cons

not enough hours, you’re on your own if your client calls out last minute, expect you to drop what you’re doing to come back if you have a gap schedule

Pros

Kids, and it’s always the kids

Cons

HR doesn’t care about you, the company cares about money. Your safety doesn’t matter. Not guaranteed hours.
