Pros

BI is a company that cares about the employees. They are constantly evaluating the employees' satisfactions. I get to work with amazing clinicians, BI has a ton of resources for programing, and they have community of practice, case reviews and panel discussions. I really like that there is room to grow in the company, Leaders are open to suggestions, and I feel comfortable with my supervisors.

Cons

Big case load considering all the other responsibilities I have, high expectations to meet. Work could be overwhelming sometimes.

Pros

From executive leadership to therapists, it's obvious that the company is dedicated to providing high quality services. The leadership team cares about their employees. They listen to feedback and makes positive changes to improve employee engagement. There is a big focus on work life balance and BCBAs get 4 weeks of PTO. The company is always striving to be better and provide the highest quality ABA. They invest in their BCBAs. There is an annual conference with the leaders in our field, and they provide all in house CEUs at no cost to the staff. You can't find a better company to work for in ABA!

Cons

I wish they matched retirement contributions but it's not a deterrent at all.
