The company opened their doors to sales positions and knew how to excite employees to sell and serve customers. The store had only weeks from when it was established, so the store was new with high ambitions and with the resources to have their goals accomplished.
Cons
Since the company had recently been established in a high-end area, the company seemed as if they were working on finding their nitch. Employment seemed a bit scared, and there was constant improvisation in store operations and employee management.
