Double-discounts days; well, before they started happening less and less.

Cons

Work/Life Balance is horrible. Pay raises are few and far in between. Crappy, unprofessional managers that make you wonder how they even became managers.

Management are not open to suggestions. I was hired for full-time position. That means 40+ hours per week and yet in the 8 months I have been with belk, I haven't been given a 40 hour week. Now, because the cost of living is so high and pay rates so low, I have to apply for food stamps to eat!
