Pros

You can work A LOT of hours if you want.

Cons

The credit application PUSH for employees is a pain and discouraging. $3.00 for each application isn't all that exciting.

Pros

I don't think I have any pros... if I had to choose- the managers are a little friendly until you don't meet your goals. And you won't meet your goals, it's hard to meet your goals when no one wants to shop there!

Cons

Management will chase you around the store to talk about customers applying for credit cards. Extremely understaffed so you will be doing the work of 4 sales associates on your own. When I would go home from work the bottom of my feet would be black because the floor is so dirty! Disgusting fitting rooms. People will pee and steal in the fitting rooms on a very regular occurrence. Very stressful work environment I will never work here again.
