Pros

Some of the coworkers are nice and friendly. Thats really about it though. You get "spiff" money which is $3 when you open new credit cards with customers.

Cons

They don't listen to your problems. Makes you feel bad for asking questions straight out of training. Coupons rarely work, which makes customers ultimately upset with you, the associate. Schedules most of the time are published late. It eventually feels like you have to put your life on hold for them. Wouldn't recommend this job unless you really just need a job until you find something better.
