Pros

It is easy to request time off or change your schedule. The pay is decent. It enjoyed the store events tremendously.

Cons

You will not get promoted unless you are great at brown nosing. The management time constantly nag the associates about obtaining credit applications. Underperformers are treated badly and could possibly recieve a pay cut.

Flexible work schedule and ability to be eligible for a pay increase two times per year. Overall senior management is friendly.

Cons

Corporate's new branding approach to re-invent the belk culture is somewhat behind. New policy's for customer care do not align with how employee's are viewed and valued. Poor communication from the top down.
