Pros
Cosmetics. It's hard to get a job at a cosmetics counter, and I was pretty excited to land one. I know a lot of aspiring make up artists want a counter job.
Cons
The credit goals are terrible. I feel like I am taking advantage of people every time. No one wants this card except for stupid people who already have bad credit. In order to reach goals many employees would trick customers into thinking that they were paying with their own debit card, and only APPLYING for the card, not charging their purchase on it. Completely, totatlly unethical.
