Pros
Pay is good, fellow associates are nice, discount is great, and hours are usually flexible unless its November or December.
Cons
Holiday hours are miserable, customers are rude, management expects too much, management is careless, never enough help, difficult to keep a clean work area, horrible communication, constant department changes, too many sales to set, and credit apps are hard to get unless you force them onto customers.
