Pros

Talented, passionate co-workers who are, for the most part, a pleasure to work with ... until you get to the manager level.

Cons

Aggressive growth of the company has caused upper management to set a pace that disregards personal work/life balance. Pressure placed on managers produces unrealistic expectations and a demanding, stressful work environment.

Pros

Good benefits. Some kind of work is better than none. Great co-workers!

Cons

Full-time Associates have to be flexible (availability 12am till 12am 7 days a week). No consideration if you want to go back to school to better yourself unless you start working part-time. They try to think of everything possible to lower your pay or to make sure you don't get a raise. You might get a few cents. I'm talking pennies literally.

Pros

Beautiful renovated office, gym, cafe, Starbucks, fun events are always taking place, double discount days

Cons

A “sink or swim” environment and most people are sinking. They keep letting people go left and right but not filling the positions which creates an unmanageable workload for the employees that they do keep. They stick entry level positions on hourly and get mad if they go over their hours but then get mad if they don’t get their work done. It’s as if you’re being set up for failure. Even on days when you use your PTO, there’s so much to do that most people still work from home. Therefore, you’re never really taking a vacation which ends up taking a toll on so many people’s well being. Everything is constantly so “urgent”. The business is important but at the end of the day, the company is not saving lives. The turnover is through the roof because they just keep pushing people over the edge. The pay is decent but it’s certainly not worth the workload or stress put on you.
