Cons
The employees in my store would through you under the bus any chance they could get. If you completed a task watch out for others trying to clam they did it themselves and never touched the project. stock was a joke a specialized team called ROCC was established and there was training but after the company was sold the team basically did what they wanted to and most of the stock was left to the floor employees. I put in for two different management positions and was turned down because the manager was not wanting to train in store managers. always brought in from other stores or form outside the company. when Iasked to transfer to another store for management training with the regional permission I was denied. There is no team work and management overlooks everything. They changed regional managers just because one didn't have a bachelors degree even though he was doing a hell of a job.
