The company doesn't care about you, ever since Belk sold to Sycamore, all they care about is money and I'm not referring to money in your pocket. They will cut your hours, lowball your pay, give you a overwhelming responsibility and if you say anything about it then you'll get punished for it. Yes, back in the day this company was good and they cared about their employees but now, everyone is considered replaceable. I wasted a long time at this company and I absolutely regret not leaving earlier. Don't work for this company.

Belk has recently been purchased and the new company (Sycamore) has cut every where on every level, sales associates, sales support, managament and at the corporate level. Sales are changing constantly every day there is some kind of update. The workload given and the hours/time alotted to complete tasks are unrealistic. Everything is so hard and complicated.
