In a shrinking space in the market Belk cares and develops it's people. They won't force people to grow but if you're hungry to learn and develop they will push and help you to become the best you can be.

Cons

Shrinking staff in stores makes the workload almost impossible to fulfill to meet customer expectations

Fantastic company with great upper leadership. There is an open to listen to feedback from store level. If you work hard & deliver results-there are great growth opportunities!

Cons

It’s retail so the basic retail job cons. However, it’s by far the best retailer I have ever worked for.
