Pros

You get paid on time. Commissions can increase seasonally. They are national. As with any job you can work with good people.

Cons

Some of their decisions don't make sense and increase your workload for no reason when there are easier ways or its just a time waster. Little training. Very dry and non-community oriented neither for the residents or employees. The intranet is poorly executed and unhelpful when you're looking for answers.

Thanks for the feedback. We are sorry you don't feel like you were trained. Please reach out to your Community Manager or our Training department to find ways to get additional training. We do have classes on BellU on how to navigate our intranet. I encourage you to review them.I

Pros

Competitive pay, realistic expectations, support from upper management is outstanding, all the resources and tools needed to succeed, good work life balance, over all great co-workers, team based work environment, enjoyable work environment, extra incentives offered.

Cons

None at the moment. I'm very happy with Bell Partners! I don't have any Cons to address. The overall experience has been outstanding from the on-boarding process to daily operations.

Pros

Decent pay. Pretty communities.

Cons

Employee benefits are lacking. Be prepared to work every weekend, and much of your work week will feel like solitary confinement. During the interview process I was told that weekends would rotate, and that every weekend would not be required. Bell Partners has a serious morale problem, especially in the Atlanta region. Employees are not recognized for the hard work that they put in for the property level - heck they aren't even told happy birthday by upper management. For a company that prides them self in improving employees skills, they really do not try to retain staff. Two coworkers were persecuted for "poor performance" ultimately being terminated, however the issues which they were terminated for were failings on the companies behalf. A large focus is put on numbers, no explanation from the employees point of view is allowed.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry you are disappointed in our benefits. We conducted a benefits survey last year, and received positive feedback. We also added a number of benefits in response to comments we received on that survey. If you have any safety concerns, please call me directly. Thanks.
