Pros

The pay rate is amazing compared to other management companies and occasionally you will receive a great incentive for leasing well.

Cons

There were multiple cons I could mention in regards to working at Bell Partners. I was told by a former coworker that Bell Partners was the best company to work for as far as having tools to be successful as well as having a company who truly values you as not only an employee... but as a person. This was not true. The Company could care less about their employees or the residents for that matter. It was all about the numbers and if the numbers weren't what they thought they should be, the finger is pointed at the staff onsite.... even if you were severely short staffed. While working at the property I was at, I was persecuted for basically everything. Written up for things that I wasn't informed were wrong while other employees could do the exact same without any repercussions. There's so much more I could speak about but I will leave anyone considering working for this property management company with this, if you are wanting to work for Bell Partners in the Atlanta area, I suggest you go elsewhere because all you will experience as an employee will be disappointment, finger pointing, and being overworked.

Thanks for your feedback about in-class training. I am assuming you mean live, in-person classes. If so, that is our preference for sure!! Sometimes it is hard to schedule a live class that is convenient for everyone, thus, the prevalence of on-line classes. But, trust me, when we can do in-person we will!

Pros

The upper management and the staff are so welcoming and they really care about their employees and families. Bell strives to help each and every employee become great at not only their job, but life as well.

Cons

I have yet to experience any downfalls. Bell is a great company, wouldn't surprise me if there weren't any.
