Pros
As a newbie to the property management industry Bell has trained me fully on the proper way to complete my daily task and adjust to the industry. Bell Partners really promote from within; my community manager and regional transitional manager both began as a leasing consultant at the same property I am starting at as a leasing consultant. Great benefits, family owned company, great benefits, Bell Partners has a lot to offer. The CORE values of the company really shines through on your day to day activities. The company promotes communication throughout the entire chain, during my first weeks of working I met CEO Steve Bell and other corporate team members at various company events. The base pay combined with commission structure makes this job even more enjoyable. I am recent graduate that couldn't find a career that offered a decent pay and stumbled across this opportunity with the highest pay I have ever been offered. Career advancement is offered frequently in the company, so I can imagine the benefits and pay is only better! I would diffidently refer a friend to work here at Bell Partners.
Cons
There are minor cons that anyone would find in any property management job. Being a leasing consultant I have to alternate work weekends with other co-workers. BUT the weekends are the money days where I get to tour the most and earn commission on leases. The commission structure makes working on the weekends a ease!
