A bit 'clique-y', at least in my area. Getting jobs b/c you're friends with so and so...Upper management (above CM) never really gets to know their leasers, therefore don't know who to really consider for promotion. A lot of outside hiring as opposed to promoting within.

Managers,assistant managers, are not team players, the company has this vision which no one cares or follows, assitant managers will run you off,if you so much complaint of the amount of work thrown your way. you will have to work from home to catch up with your work, On sundays you will have to be in the office early in order to catch up with work, when you finally have a day or two off, you have to be working from your computer at home to catch up with the amount of work thrown your way. These managers and assistant manager will creat a hostile enviorment, mental anguish, and depression. they are racist, refer to leasing offices in the jacksonville area. a hand full of blacks and hispanics. if your a manager or assitant manager, your able to break the rules and policies,fairhousing law. And humilate the staff.
