loved the people I worked with, flexible with scheduling and time off, decent benefits, well organized.

terrible pay for technicians/OC's, limited opportunities to advance, minimal raises on an annual basis

Pros

My clinic is my second family. We would all do anything for each other both at work and outside of work. Benchmark's clinics are positive work environments, full of encouragement and mutual respect. The clinical and office staff really do care about their patients and seeing them through their plan of care and walking away meeting their therapy goals. Benchmark strives to be the Chick-fil-A of physical therapy.

Cons

This position would retain office coordinators if the compensation was more competitive with its field.
