      Great start, blindsided 90 days in

      Pros

      My lead manager was amazing and I felt like training was going great, I was getting positive feedback throughout. I had been with my team for less than two months and was embracing their system and learning all of their applications with positive feedback throughout from my direct manager.

      Cons

      Blindsided and let go because my skills "didn't line up" was their explanation. I never heard anything about my performance lacking and I felt I was ahead in certain measurables compared to people who were started around the same time as me. Completely blindsided by higher management I had never even had time to meet just telling me I was being let go. Do better. How can anyone put work into a specific area without knowing what that specific area is, this is a recipe for disaster.
