Pros

Due to the cliquey nature of the overall employee culture (every team is out for themselves and defends their own team to the detriment of cross-team collaboration), you develop close relationships with those on your team. Somehow, they have been able to hire incredibly talented people, even though they don't stick around long.

Cons

Everything you read in other's comments is accurate. Just looking at the turnover alone should ring some alarm bells that there is some truth to what's been said. Unless you're comfortable being called incompetent and having your work criticized regularly by the CEO (when you just executed the exact thing he asked for), I would stay far away from Benchmark.

CEO and leadership are way to involved in every step of the process. It is impossible to get anything done the right way because of all the egos and requirements that affect the marketing messaging, design, and/or functionality.
