Pros

They gave me independence in completing task, but I always had great supervision and feedback on paperwork

Cons

changing staff around in different houses made it difficult to ensure good treatment fidelity. There was also training difficulties with high staff turnover.

Pros

I love the clients, I love being able to work at a job that brings me personal satisfaction. That's worth so much more than the beans they pay us to be here. That's why I stay.

Cons

There is very little training for management, except what friendly coworkers will lend you. Paperwork and regulations can be overwhelming at times, and being on call 24/7 is draining.
