Pros

The company mission is amazing and I really wish I could've continued to work for them. However, I did not have an experienced manager who was able to give clear instructions and was giving conflicting information during training. Since working with a new system no formal training given making things difficult to understand. Also, for a company whose mission is to work with people with disabilities they have no compassion for parents of children with disabilities.

Cons

No flexibility when it comes to parents with children with disabilities. Especially when it comes to days when there are no strict deadlines.

Worked 90 hours a week, salaried for 40. Quit after 3 years when they tried to raise my hours to 102 hours weekly.
