Too many people are there just to collect a paycheck. The company (at least the Fort Wayne location) is so short on staff that they are really slacking on their training protocols, rules, expectations and discipline of employees. The turn around rate is extremely high and the clients suffer the most, especially if they are cared for by staff who don't truly care for the work they do. But, it is nice when you find and work with coworkers who actually do care.

The pay is decent if you have no bills which many of us do. They say you get bonus but it's only if the company gets the bonus. Manager doesn't tell you at orientation that you can get your money back if you go somewhere with a client but you don't want to pay but have to because that's where your client wants to go. They constantly bug you about picking up hours as if you don't have a life of your own and is a robot that is able to run 24hrs on no food shower or sleep.
