Can't talk to leadership without them sharing your personal conversations with your co workers that have an in with them. Forget about advancing, can only do that if you don't question or have a different opinion. Time off is only granted if their favorites don't want that day off. Try to better yourself by signing up for classes, can only do if leaderships favorites don't want to go.

Before applying here ask the tenure of any possible direct management & background. It will tell you so much. If an employee worked here less than 5 years, no prior experience & currently in management- start seeing RED FLAGS. Promotions here are being widely criticized. Morale is at an all time low. Senior experienced employees are leaving. If you are 20 something & know how to play the game APPLY. Any work you put in is obsolete. Who you make friends with is EVERYTHING. Look at the responses to negative reviews. Well intentioned companies respond: We will look into this. Benco responds: Our data shows. Listen to employees. It helps! Oh and the surveys.... Only company I've heard of that nags you to death on giving them a good review. Consistently email reminders to vote for them. Employees are not going out to vote independently.
