Excellent leadership and coaching, lots of opportunities for internal growth. I feel like my voice matters here, and I'm asked to give input. Colleagues are both friendly and professional. CEO has genuine focus on helping those in need and that's evident in the culture and initiatives in the company.

Remote work (no commute = blessing) Pay is fair for the role Trainers were helpful, patient, and knew the system well Easy work once you catch on

Cons

Training classes are overcrowded (60–70 people per session?? (Come on now) The behavior of some coworkers was loud, unprofessional, and unfiltered Communication between departments felt scattered
