      Dialer system that they rarely turn off even when complete system issues Micromanage They don’t like when you ask question that challenges them Many departments but preferential treatment for favorites if they pop up They nit pick

      Training is Great

      Pros

      So far I just made it through the first half of training which has been great, training is thorough. Pay is good. They give raises after the first few months.

      Cons

      No cons yet, but I am still in training. I will say there is a lot of information to take in but they went over everything very well. Also, you can get in trouble to miss time during training, but stuff happens, just try not to.
