Pay started at $14/hr They provided equipment.

Cons

The position you were hired for may not be the position you do. You might not even get trained for your hired position. Company is NOT transparent with employees or the companies they have contracted with. Very scammy and they make it seem like they help with a lot for members when they actually don't do much at all. If you ask questions to be prepared, you get ignored.

Pros

Pay and not micromanaged easy if you have sales experience as you’ll be offering community resources that have a high impact on your metrics so if you fail to get members to say yes and don’t get 13 or more expect for this to be a issue. Even if you’re great at everything else.

Cons

Sending letters which confuse members and makes them call scared or upset. Cold calling members who have no idea why your calling or how you got their info. The letters make them call so you can offer community resources. They also have new hires that are in training write reviews and everyone is happy in training right!?

Pros

Training was nice. After that it felt like being thrown out there alone.

Cons

Company still very new High turnover rate HIGH call volume. In order to keep your stats at an acceptable level, you must only take your breaks and lunch. Any other unavailable time and your scores plummet. Which means you’re taking back to back calls for 8 hours...no exaggeration
