Pros

The majority of upper management are genuinely interested in the success of employees. HR is very accommodating to employees, especially those with children. Lots of communication.

Cons

No paid maternity/paternity leave. Company has no technology standards. Recruiters just plain suck.

Pros

-Collegial atmosphere across teams. -Strong compensation. -100% remote (travel for conferences and team building events) -A commitment from leadership to enhance the employee experience. Example: adding paternity leave as a result of an employee survey earlier this year.

Cons

No major cons. Some growing pains. We seem to be in this mid-growth stage where we're not a start up but not a major corporation where every thing is outlined/defined. Leaves opportunity to be creative in terms of solution but can also cause a degree confusion.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for over 3 years now. Growth opportunities can simply be stated as nothing less than phenomenal. Leadership consistently seeks to add value for each associate thru career opportunities, salary increases (year-over-year), positively build better benefits for associates, and mostly empowering each associate to be their best every day through respect & trust. I give my highest recommendation to join a great team who knows how to work hard while having fun.

Cons

None really...Just typical growing pains of a #ROCKSTAR company that's doing great things for their clients & employees.
