Pros

Company really does promote a corporate family and team environment. Company did an amazing job during the pandemic to quickly change its business model to support remote workers and continues that today. The flexibility of the organization is great. I specifically manage the relationships of the health plans that have contracted with BeneLynk to outreach and assist their members. I'm proud that so many of our clients in our portfolio are appreciative of our staff and what we do as an organization to help reach those members that aren't aware of the programs or extra benefits they can receive as a result of BeneLynk outreach, education, and assistance.

Cons

It's definitely fast paced. Frequent changes; but these changes are caused by changes within the industry, client requests, or simply a need for our organization to scale due to growth. So, it keeps us busy and on our toes.

Hourly pay, welcome letter personal touch

Cons

Falsify true nature of job as well how business is done and customer reach out . Very stringent on not going a second over time but slow to respond to feedback . Letters scare and frighten members into calling and in turn drives stress ; Leads and supervisors very condescending and insincere as well not transparent to what is going on,., system isssuuues!!!

Here at BeneLynk- Human Resources, Learning & Development, and the Member Engagement team work in unison to ensure that expectations prior to joining the organization are in alignment with what the position entails in training and once released to production. We do so through conducting one on one interviews with potential candidates and our Supervisors to ensure that candidates have a good understanding of what the role entails each day. We urge candidates to ask questions during their interviews to ensure that they have a full understanding of what the role entails. Our Supervisors aim to be as transparent and communicative as possible to all employees.
