Racist team leads and coaches

Company offers good base salary.

Cons

Company asks employees during training to submit a review of the company, the team leads and coaches are racist and gossip about the people they train, they accidentally shared their screen showing the chat where they were making fun of someones accent since english wasnt their native language. When speaking to HR about the situation there were no consequences to the employees who displayed this behavior.

I work in PR and they give us much less vacation time only 6 days a year,they always require a doctors note for a sick day when in PR work law states it is only to be asked after the second straight day left.
