      Pros

      Enjoyed working with the team, there was a nice package when you start with the company. Interacting with the customers and finding products to suit their needs was my favourite.

      Cons

      Depending on where you are working- stand alone store or a department store prepare for a clash with the other makeup brands e.g. Urban Decay. Very competitive.

      Low pay Constant pressure to hit impossible targets unsympathetic when it comes to personal situations and illness poor rotas constantly constantly, people are leaving no focus on artistry whatsoever poor training very very unauthentic can be toxic to be there stressful, very stressful to keep up to date with the ever changing rota and all the sales sheets you have to complete daily and weekly as well as being incorrectly paid. traffic stopping is embarrassing and needy and during winter, constantly makes you unwell, and you can't even have a day off because the 2% company expectation is almost impossible to keep unless you're only sick one day a year,
