      Pros

      Benefit is a growing company with opportunities to grow for those who take ownership and are fortunate to work on a good team with a good manager. Also, some wonderful and talented people. Pay is well below market, but improving.

      Cons

      Long term employees are not valued and pushed out. The new HR leadership is out of their depth and hasn't even bothered to meet or connect with the teams. HR only cares about implementing new programs (for optics) and shifting work to managers. Just awful!

      Global company, great for resume and experience.

      Cons

      If you are working close to the leader of the product marketing team, then know that it is a toxic workplace and that it might not be worth spending a few years of your precious life working for a company that protects toxic leaders.

      Pros

      There are some truly incredible, wonderful women working at the ground floor of this company, in the boutiques. Too bad they're treated like scum.

      Cons

      This company is a joke. Notorious throughout the cosmetics industry for being more like a Mean Girls version of high school than a place of business. Every year we lose benefits, perks, etc. with no signs of that slowing down.
