Pros

+Great Product. Free sometimes. LVMH discounts. Any woman would love this. +Great Location. Downtown SF. Right in the heart of things. +Co-Workers are pretty cool. Lot of hardworking people. +Summer hours. Friday get out around noon sometimes --- nice!

Cons

+Management can be unprofessional and even abusive. +Bullying by managers is normal practice. Get ready to get thrown under the bus so often you will need to wear a neck brace to work. +HR does not care about the management stuff. +Disorganized management has no clear vision -- changes their mind as often as they change their bloomers. Many people around me I saw were set up for failure. +Bonuses for worker bees is very very small vs. effort that goes into them.

Pros

Flexible hybrid model with good work life balance. Some departments have strong leaders.

Cons

glob prod inn leader openly favors two specific people and provides them opportunities not given to anyone else. pretends to care about team but has not created a fair and open work space. leaders in this department are weak and not good leaders that fight for their team. promotions are not given to those who deserve it. company as a whole remains white-washed.
