Great non profit trying to be moral in immoral healthcare world. Good leadership trying to value its employees

Cons

Not enough incentives for good performance. Even though budgets are tight the CEO of a nursing home is critical and longevity creates lots of rewards

I had time off when I needed it.

Cons

a lot of favoritism, they would have meetings and nothing that was said in the meeting was every done, they never took advice from employees they did not like. A very poor place to work if you don't know someone who works there that is higher up, you do not have a chance, the rules only apply to some employees not all
