Pros

Ability to make a decent living for a top performer. Contests where the sales department gives prizes for top performers.

Cons

Cut-throat, no room for growth, very poor work/life balance.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We understand that the Sales Department has a more competitive culture, focused on the unlimited earning potential of the incentive plans. If this environment isn’t the best fit for you, we encourage employees to interview for other internal roles. If you have more you’d like to share, please email feedback@greatcall.com

They dont care

Pros

Pay is decent. That's it.

Cons

The company tries to promote "work life balance" however in the middle of a national emergency the company doesn't care. You either come to work or be left unpaid and possibly lose your job at a later date. Even if you should be under quarantine.
