Pros

They have competitive pay and good a physical work environment (desks, PC's, etc.). Benefits are average, but are worse each year. Friendly people, for the most part.

Cons

The company has brought in too many managers who have made employees' jobs extremely stressful. The company is so micromanaged. They outsourced development teams in 2005 and there is still a lot of tension. There were very limited opportunities to grow and advance. Non-exempt employees have 'dead-end jobs'. Infrastructure staff is overworked and there is more turnover than there should be. Morale is non-existent there. A lot of talented people left the company, in hordes. They were disgusted with the way things were becoming. Poor communication by poor communicators.

Pros

Location, interesting industry, nice coworkers, good 401K program

Cons

Leadership is old school and does not adapt to trends. Culture and decisions flow from the top down with no openness to new ideas or constructive feedback on what's not working. Don't value employees and feel everyone is replaceable.
