Pros

The pay is pretty good if you have no education or prior work experience. Great summer job for a college student - Adds sales experience to the resume.

Cons

A lot of the supervisors and even management are uneducated but have experience in the hospitality field or sale call centers.

Pros

- Friendly enviroment - Most people get along - Its not difficult work; easy to learn - Most of the time you are sitting and reading waiting for a guest

Cons

- Guests can be onoxious, rude, or even threatening - Schedules can change last minute - Not a lot of mobility as each Best Western is individually owned. Unless your owners have a few hotels under their belt you dont have a lot of move up potential.
