Pros

The positive aspect of Jackson Street Hospitality is that the company does offer good health insurance plans and does give employees one week vacation as they are hired and past 90 days.

Cons

The negative aspects of Jackson Street Hosptality is that they are interested in purchasing trouble properties Trying to get what revenue they property has left and dump it. They do not put any money into the a property and will let go of staff in order to minimize payroll even though it will have a small effect on the year end bottom line.

Pros

The work is challenging with a moderate amount of room for advancement. There's a nice work ad /home balance and the benefit package is adequate.

Cons

Roles can be poorly defined and there seems to be a lot of politics that determines job advancement. The company is more focused on growth than reputation.
