Pros

A warm and inviting professional environment with a lot of personal attention paid to the students. Classes are smaller than at the public university nearby. It is an openly conservative Christian school, which is important to keep in mind when you apply for a job.

Cons

Adjuncts don't teach for the money, but actually they don't pay too badly. I enjoy working there.
