Pros

Beautiful campus. Some wonderful Christian co-workers. Love working with the students and parents.

Cons

Some administrators in charge are hypocrites: talk the Christian talk, but do not walk the Christian walk. Very disappointing treatment of employees. Very 'two-faced': tell employees one thing, then do the opposite.

Pros

You are more than just another worker, you are family. This is the kind of work you know will mean something to the students long after they are gone.

Cons

Financial compensation isn't always the greatest, but how do you put a value on feeling loved?
