Pros

Environment. Helping students reach their goals. Christ-centered and family-friendly environment. Fairly strong benefits package.

Cons

Low pay. Lack of appreciation and support from administration. Tough to communication with administration; My experience has been that they rarely get back to you with legitimate concerns.

Pros

The christian atmosphere and community is excellent! Also it feels like a family and a place where your talents can grow.

Cons

The schedule for an Admission Counselor is very hectic. During recruiting season, you can expect to be on the road for weeks at a time, but you do get a car and a credit card to help with expenses.
