Pros

Great people, great atmosphere, management cares about the people

Cons

A lot of work that needs to be done and not enough people to do it. Pay isn't great but you get a lot of time off

Pros

Small, friendly, mission driven, student centered, well intended. People work very hard and want to see everyone succeed. Professors and staff are here because they care about students.

Cons

The primary issues to me are financial, there have been some challenges with negligent CFO's and enrollment challenges. Bethel continues to push past them, but it has meant that raises and bonuses are rare enough that one can not keep up with the inflated cost of living. some people in leadership are able to be honest about this and speak frankly, others are not.
