      Many of the University employees are on welfare because they are paid so poorly.

      Pros

      This is a place where you are truly cared about. Your work actively makes a difference - although it sounds cliche, you really do feel fulfilled even in the mundane.

      Cons

      Since it's so small, there are so many limitations on budget and pay. People who work here are here because they are passionate about the mission, not because of the money.
