Pros

Fast Paced and lighthearted environment where growth is entirely possible. Can actually see your suggestions be implemented.

Cons

It is demanding as a small start up a lot is expected of a very small group of people.

Pros

Great culture, people there are genuinely good folks to work with. Amazing mission to rid the world of single use plastic (who can’t get behind that?) Good pay, and benefits overall for a startup

Cons

$600 computer stipend will only get you a low end computer. Lack of a 401k match is also a negative.

Transparency is absolutely something we strive for, though needles to say this has been an exceptional year that’s brought totally unforeseen changes. Still, we remain honest and open about the direction of and details on strategic priorities, growth forecasts, and internal business. In addition to monthly All-Hands/All-Paws, regular reporting on tracking to targets, an elected Council of peers, and direct access to leadership anytime - we 100% encourage every member of our team to proactively ask questions and to act if they have ideas, and take ownership of their role in the company.
