Pros

Environmental mission is important. Great to work on something sustainable and a fun product people get really excited about. You can usually make changes you want to and try new things.

Cons

Theres a lot of pressure to make work the most important thing in your life and judgement if you don't.

Thank you for your thoughts! It can be extra tricky to know where to focus when a company is growing as quickly as we have. We're looking forward to implemented Mid-Year Performance Reviews this coming July, and an annual Performance Evaluation in January to help standardize feedback and discussions about opportunity areas to improve.

Passion for the Product & Work Ethic = Success @ Bevi

Pros

Bevi provides its employees with an exciting opportunity to take on new challenges head on, work on a variety of different projects across departments, and have your opinions heard and matter when you speak up. Individual work ethic is an important quality to have, but there is also a great sense of TEAM here. The environmental mission of saving bottles and cans is a positive and real differentiator from the missions of other startups, and it's a direct result of why the product exists and works so successfully. Lastly, the executives have a lofty and clear vision for the company and that makes the job all the more rewarding.

Cons

If you don't have a light-hearted sense of humor or can't get excited about the product, it can be difficult to find your place here. As with most small companies, individuals and teams are often spread thin, so not all projects are given the same weight and sense of urgency. In short, patience and persistence is required often of employees. The company is still young and needs to improve general processes.
