Pros

Very transparent environment - all of the company and department goals are on a shared document so you know exactly what big projects each team is focusing on for the quarter. Also weekly all company meeting so that you know what's going on across the org (new team members joining, new product enhancements, sales metrics, etc.) Values Driven! We live our core values - We Ship It, We Inspire Trust, We are on the Same Team, We go Beyond and We Care. These values are highlighted each week in your team meeting and the all company meeting. Truly are at the forefront of everything we do. If you are looking for a company that means what it says, has a ton of opportunity for growth and truly cares about their employees, I highly recommend Beyond Pricing!

Cons

It is a fast-paced work environment where things are changing pretty much daily! (Which is exciting to me but can be a con if you are interested in that sort of environment).

It's true that the pace of work and keeping up with all of the change that comes with rapid growth can be tough for people who are more interested in a slower and steadier trajectory - we just like taking big swings around here :) We also believe that our values and our transparent communication are both core to who we are as a company, so it is great to hear that has aligned with your experience too. We absolutely will continue to work on our representation in 2021 and beyond, and we are excited to be able to share how we are progressing on a quarterly basis (stay tuned for our post-Q1 update in a Monday all-hands in early April)!

Disheartened and Disappointed

Pros

- A good product that customers are very engaged with and there is a great market fit. -A great focus for customers and their success with the product. -Some great people, who have brilliant characters and alongside that are incredibly bright. -Great benefits

Cons

-The total disregard for honesty and the importance of values. -My major con is the great people who sadly are being wasted in a toxic/ throw away culture. -The lack of consistency in who they want working in the start-up.
