Pros

*Values focused environment with a strength around recognition and shout outs *Weekly all-hands meetings with full participation from leadership and opportunity to ask questions anonymously, that is actually used and honored *Small teams that can quickly enact change and see the value of their work * Focus on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion with a full committee dedicated to enhancing the workplace for all *Dedication to hiring really smart people *Really cool products for an interesting industry

Cons

*Things move and change incredibly fast. A true start-up environment. Not a con, but something to be aware of when joining.

Pros

The team at Beyond Pricing lives by the companies core value - We Care, We go Beyond, We are on the same team, We inspire trust and We Ship it. The culture comes from the top with David and the leadership team embodying a positive attitude and a culture that fosters employee development. There is a flexible work/life balance and encouragement to always ask questions. The leadership team is very transparent about goals and the plan for the company. The heads of the departments truly want what is best for their teams and show this by being dedicated to encouraging their teams to take risks, ask questions and be creative when problem solving.

Cons

Beyond Pricing is fast paced, like other startups there is an unlimited amount of work to be done which can be overwhelming at times. The team attempts to take on the attitude of 'nothing is not my job' and is always willing to lend a helping hand to someone in a different department. Organization of the onboarding process has improved greatly over the past few months but new hires should expect to be largely self-guided when learning their new roles.
