Overall, a good percentage of roles are filled by internal candidates but that can be very role or location dependent. Please bring up your concerns with your HRBP or manager. -Will hire you if you need a job -Good benefits and PTO -Some coworkers are friendly

Cons

-Extremely low pay that is about 30% less compared to similar roles at other companies - Unprofessional communication - Disorganized processes and poor internal documentation - Poor training - Toxic managers
