You won’t be micro managed, or managed at all really

Cons

Not a single person hit over 50% of quota. You’re selling enterprise software to mom and pop shops. I didn’t have a manager really, didn’t feel like I got the support needed to do well.

I am sorry your short time at BeyondTrust did not work out. If we truly only gave you 30 minutes a day for a week of training, I apologize given we have a full sales onboarding process and lots of continuous learning as well. I could argue with your statistics around achievement, especially considering how much we grew last year, but I would rather just say best of luck going forward.

ok pay, good management, good product with potential for new solutions

Cons

lots of kinks to iron out in internal processes. Need clear direction on some strategies in products. Quotas unattainably high, but they are willing to course correct to keep reps compensated.

In our fast-paced industry, we have to be that way to continue our success. On the commissions, hopefully you can see how new 2026 plan is more in line to what you are looking for.
